About Kristen Renee

Kristen Renee WhiteThe old cliché’ , “there aren’t enough words” always comes to mind when asked to describe Kristen....

Kristen was the most beautiful person on the inside as well as the outside. She was a protector, kind of like a mama hen, not only to her family but also to all of her friends. Once you were a friend of Kristen, you were guaranteed loyalty and 100% of her heart.  Kristen had an unforgettable smile, it would light up any room, and it was usually followed by a contagious laugh, one that carried a cute little snort. Everyday was a new day for new experiences, new love and new friendship. Kristen fought for the underdog, she was fearless in life. We never saw anything ever shake her faith or strength, not even the day she was diagnosed with a malignant Brain Tumor.  For 28 years Kristen lived as a loved daughter, an extraordinary mother, a wonderful sister, and a best friend. The last 2 years of her life she lived as our hero. We have never admired the strength and courage of any person as we did Kristen’s. While taking on chemo, radiation and multiple surgeries to “cure” her brain tumor, she still asked everyone else if they were "ok", she still wore her beautiful smile, and still granted us the joy of hearing her laughter. Kristen stayed true to herself through her greatest adversity and struggles in life. Cancer may have taken her physical body, but it never took her spirit, her smile, her laughter… she beat cancer.

We are so proud of Kristen Renee, and she will always be our hero…
