Dr. Richard Lipsey
Dr. Richard Lipsey, president of Lipsey & Associates, consults as a toxicologist for defense and plaintiff claims, air sampling, case review and litigation. Over the past 30 years, Dr. Lipsey has worked closely with Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, nonprofit organizations worldwide to provide scientific solutions for creating healthy environments.
Dr. Lipsy’s background includes Kenco Chemical and Manufacturing Corp. where he was vice president of Research and Development responsible for product development, quality control, safety , environmental regulations and lawsuits.
He is a former associate professor of Toxicology at the University of Florida, where he directed graduate student research in environmental toxicology and is a former consultant for the EPA, USDA & US State Department (AID) (Washington, D.C.); Medical Universities, on pesticide environmental hazards; and
trained medical professionals to recognize and treat toxic chemical poisoning.
Dr. Lipsey holds a Master’s degree in Etomology from the University of Arkansas and earned his Ph.D. in Toxicology from the University of Illinois. He speaks five languages including Chinese and Russian. ()
